A High Court bench yesterday summoned former BNP State Minister ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon charging him with contempt of court because he moved a writ petition before another bench concealing an order of this bench.
The bench of Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik and Justice Gobinda Chandra Tagore directed Milon to appear before it on October 16 to explain whether he suppressed its order while submitting the petition to another bench.
