The company has informed that the board of directors of the company has decided to hold an EGM on November 13 at 9:30am at Banani Community Centre at Kemal Ataturk Avenue in Dhaka to change the denomination of face value of shares from Tk 100 to Tk 10 each and to change market lot of the shares from 10 to 50 shares.
